Jesus In the Audience

Tomorrow, Sunday Sept. 25 @ 5PM is practice for SOLOS in the Adult Choir Room.  If you don't have a solo, you do not have to come.  But please bring your books, even if you are so freaking good that you don't need yours.

If you are reading this, Choir Peep, and you haven't practiced today, do it now or schedule your own time to practice later and MAKE YOURSELF DO IT.  Do not bug your parents.  They have more stuff to do than you can imagine - stuff like bills, insurance, grocery buying, repairs, cars, not to mention full-time, part-time, or volunteer jobs. If you do this without being told, it will impress everyone.  However, that is not the reason for doing it.  You do it because you know Jesus will be in the audience and He will be loving every minute of it.

Parents, the shirts are only going to be 10.00 a person.  The church is picking up the rest of the price.  Cool, huh? See us Wednesday at practice so you can find out to whom you should make them out.

Weekly teaser for Share the Warmth:  Besides doing "Zat You" and "Break the Bank" with same solos as last year, kids that don't have solos will be assisting me in my Christmas version of "Good Vibrations" by The Beach Boys.

Weekly teaser for Spring Musical:  It's a mystery with the same kids, the Robots, and President Buymore. Someone is vandalizing their schools in strange ways, but the adults have no clues. The kids want to know who is doing it and why, but they don't know how to begin. Buymore helps them learn real investigation techniques and reminds them that the vandal will never suspect kids of detective work, so they are perfect for the job.  Stay tuned for more on the story next week!
